Tournament Refund Policy
The following Tournament Refund Policy is designed to be fair and equitable for both the tournamnet host and the participating teams. The event host incurred prior tournament expenses which can not be recovered or returned, such as tournament awards , advertising
and other miscellaneous expenses. All refunds are for tournament entry fees, including pre-paid gate /admission fees.

Team drops out within 14 days of start date*and plays in another tournament on the same weekend | NONE |
Team drops put within 72 hours of start date | NONE |
ALL REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED AND POST MARKED BY THE HOST TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR NO LATER THASN 72 HOURS AFTER THE SCHEDULED COMPLETION DATE****OF THE TOURNAMENT | |
* Regulation Game - defined in USTBA - USA National Bylaws & Rules including any and all
time limit and or merecy (run) rules.
** Advertised Start Date - defined as the date listed on the USTBA-USA / Host web site as the
"Start Date"
*** Advertised Completion Date - defined as the date listed on the USTBA - USA/ Host web site as
the "Completion Date"
Teams may apply refunds to future USTBA - USA tournaments events
